I write to inform you that, despite our best efforts to open our newest resort, Sandals LaSource Grenada in time for its scheduled launch date of the 12th December we will be delaying its opening by nine days until 21st December.
Sandals LaSource Grenada is without question the most innovative project in our company’s history and the resort is the pinnacle of engineering and design which will set new standards of hospitality. The level of work required to create such a resort is immense and the team on the ground has been working tirelessly to ensure that we provide the award-winning holiday our guests paid for. However, throughout this project, we have been badly hampered by adverse weather conditions, particularly during the last few weeks, that have slowed our progress.
In order to demonstrate to our guests how highly we value them and their business as well as providing them with a memorable experience of their trip to the Caribbean, we have confirmed an excellent package to minimize their inconvenience as much as possible. This includes:
- The relocation of their existing booking to any of our other Sandals, Beaches and Grand Pineapple properties in Saint Lucia, Antigua, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos or Barbados including any associated airfare change fees.
- A complementary return stay at Sandals LaSource Grenada or any of our other properties excluding air.
Personnel from Unique Vacations, our worldwide marketing and sales representatives, are making every effort to contact each individual guest personally regarding their booking to ensure they are well taken care of and their experience remains positive.
