The state of New Mexico is paying $200 million towards a project that will allow six different people each week to take a three day training course. At the end of the three days, they are able to be cleared to take an excursion into space. They will be accompanied by rockets to 50,000 feet above the ground where they will then be shot directly into outer space.

Want to take this exhilarating trip? Well good luck, because there is a waiting list of 45,000 people from 120 different countries already. So even though flights are scheduled to begin in 2010, it may be a very long wait to book a flight. On the plus side, you'll have plenty of time to save up the $200,000 you'll need to pay for the flight! That's right. $200,000. Sick right? But the truth is, when will you have this once in a lifetime chance again?
